We will be looking at the diversity of the European market focusing on key territories. With success in both on and offline marketing in Europe there will be demonstrations on the variation on marketing campaigns throughout Europe. With the USA as a key factor in any European business success Powwownow have successful relationships with several American and European CSPs and have included America in our vision for the future. Finally, Andrew will talk about alternatives to the traditional European model including the latest international flat rate addition.

Prior to Powwownow, Andrew was the founder member and Managing Director of Inkfish Call Centres Ltd (outsourced contact centre solutions). Andrew steered the company from its inception to a £26.4million ($52M USD) turnover in just seven years. When the company was sold to Domestic and General Group PLC in 2001, Andrew remained with Inkfish, and was promoted to the Group PLC Board in 2003, where he was responsible for all contact centres within the group. In 2004 deciding it was time for a new challenge; Andrew teamed up with Paul Lees and together developed Powwownow which pioneered the Free Conference Call model in the UK and Across Europe. 100% growth every year since inception has seen turnover grow to a predicted £7 million ($14M USD) in the financial year 2009.
