It's been a whirlwind few months at Powwownow. We've successfully rolled out our new 0844 dial-in numbers, we've been working hard to make our global websites better than ever and we've been enlightened reading your great feedback from our Customer Survey. To top it all off, we've been hounding out some of the funniest CCTV footage for our latest Powwownow viral.
What you said about Powwownow
Thanks to all of you who took part in our last Customer Survey. Your feedback is crucial for us to find ways to improve and grow Powwownow as a service. Here's just a selection of questions that we'd like to get back to you on:
You said: "Increase the number of countries with local access dial-in numbers."
To be able to offer a free service to our users, Powwownow relies on rebates from telephone network providers who offer share-cost numbers. So therefore we can only provide local access numbers in countries with share-cost numbers.
You said: "I don't need entry or exit announcements."
We recommend you use MyPowwownow to control your voice preferences such as entry and exit announcements. It is also handy as a quick reference for your dial-in number and PIN details, to request a free wallet card, access Scheduler, and to reset your password. You can login to MyPowwownow from the website imply by entering your email address and password.
You said: "I would like the ability to record conferences."
We are constantly looking at ways to improve and expand our free services so you'll be happy to hear that the ability to record conferences will be introduced to Enhanced Access in the near future.
You said: "I would like to select different on-hold music."
The ability to select your on-hold music will also be a new feature coming your way soon.

Do you have colleagues or clients abroad that could benefit from Powwownow's free and easy conference calling service? If so, why not direct them to our newly launched websites in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Ireland and the US.
They'll find the same fresh look and user-friendly functionality as www.powwownow.co.uk at www.powwownow.fr for France, www.powwownow.de for Germany, www.powwownow.nl for the Netherlands, www.powwownow.ie for Ireland and www.powwownow.com for the US.

Powwownow finds the stars of CCTV
We hope you have seen our Boardroom Golf video, the first of a series of CCTV clips we’ve found to show how the meeting room is now being used since made conference calling popular. Already, more than 2,000 people have watched the clumsy office worker carry out a one-man office demolition job with a golf club.
Now you can watch the next in the series - a couple who didn't think, or didn't care, that they were going to be caught on camera! Watch them getting cosy under the meeting room table.
