Over 500 Positive comments, WOW!!!… So we are giving 500 back!
Thanks everyone who took part in our lastest iPad giveaway and for sharing your thoughts about Powwownow – we received some fabulous feedback! Here are some of our favourites – including our winner’s post!
- Dan Harris I like the fact that it just does what it’s supposed to do without any fuss or hassle!
- Tom Pham Simplistically Amazing
- George I I couldn’t live without powwownowI Love it.. You get a card as well!!
Wahoo, I’m hooked. Come on peeps join the Powwownow revolution! - Nicky Orr This is genius! Our friend goes up and down the country, by plane, to meetings which last for 2 hours and I say, “Stop! Pow Wow Now. Because our children can’t afford to pay for this flying habit.”
- Stephen Whittle Brilliant service!
- Dave Bryant As a charity attempting to make cost savings during the recession, Powwownow has been invaluable to us. It’s been possible to hold simple meetings over the phone rather than paying external contributors travel and accommodation expenses. This has allowed us to produce important work at a fraction of the cost in many cases.
- Douglas Brodoff POWWOWNOW is WOWOWOW!
Feeling unlucky? Maybe not…

Posted by Maria.Serna in Events on 19th May 2010
Last week we had a Powwownow afternoon where the whole team left our Richmond offices off to Soho, where we shared some thoughts on the branding and future of the company, and then shared some mexican food and drinks as well!
At the end of the day the first ‘Employee of the Quarter’ winner was announced… Our brand new scheme where as well as being recognised by your peers and having another accolade to add to your CV, a prize of £500 is awarded to spend on ‘an experience’ of choice.

At Powwownow, we like to do unusual things to let people know about what we do. You may, for example, remember the hands-free kits that we gave away?
Well, we’ve been at it again, and this time we’ve been creating some viral videos for video sharing websites like YouTube and Daily Motion.

We have started a campaign to Ban Conference Callers for their Anti Social Behaviour…
Tesco is banning people to go shopping in their pyjamas, so why wouldn’t we ban people for attending conference calls half sleeping and yawning all the way through!
So yes, you can attend a Powwownow in your PJ’s – Just make sure you’ve had your coffee first!

Well the first ever Powwownow Cake Club has drawn to a close and we have a worthy winner.
The last two cakes were very impressive, Nick and Carl made judging the final very difficult.
Cake A was a Chocolate mousse sandwich with speckled sweet sponge and shatterproof icing.
