What were the main factors in deciding your hosted voice package?

We want a voice service that is easy to use, has the functionality to improve efficiency across a growing mobile workforce and will continue to keep abreast of developments in the telecoms market. We also want to work with a company that understand and delivers good customer support and service. Also as a charity the service must be value-for-money to deploy and operate.

Why did you choose to move to hosted voice?

We have an in-house system which was installed some time ago, the changes in telecoms over the past few years means there are many more cost effective and varied options available. A hosted solution is perfect for us as we have a mobile work force and a varied user base. We don’t want to spend our time and resources managing a telephone system when we can achieve a better service from a hosted solution.

What were the main factors that led to your choosing PowWowNow?

Initially we were impressed with the value-for-money proposal from PowWowNow, but once we started to work with them we were equally impressed by their responsiveness and proactiveness. Nothing is too much trouble and even when we put them under pressure to deliver in a very short timescale, they did just that and more…

How would you qualify PowWowNow’s quality of service? What did you appreciate the most in the PowWowNow service from purchasing process through to implementation and use of the system?

The PowWowNow team are professional and proactive, the process of purchasing and implementation was the smoothest I have experienced. Individuals within the team take ownership to deliver at the time they promise and they go ‘above and beyond’ to ensure we are happy. What were the main factors in deciding your hosted voice package?

As a media agency, communication with our clients is absolutely fundamental to our business. With offices in Manchester and Edinburgh we also need to able to seamlessly connect colleagues. With a fairly antiquated telephony system, and a rapidly growing business, the old systems failings were becoming more and more pronounced on a day to day basis. As a challenger brand in our industry where first impressions and perceptions count for a lot, we knew that an upgrade as well as being due, needed to be best in class – which is why we turned to Powwownow.

Why did you choose to move to hosted voice?

Our positioning as ‘forward thinking’ doesn’t just play out in the work we do for clients, it transcends everything we aim to be as a business. Looking to a cloud-based solution was therefore logical as not only is it more progressive than standard telecom solutions but brings with it many benefits for us. With remote IT support, multi-site locations and ambitious growth plans we needed a this solution which future proofed the organisation and could scale with us. When presented with the hosted voice proposal our IT team were instant advocates – and added benefits Powwownow could offer also put a smile on the face of our FD as well! A branded conference call line, for example, is a small but significant touch in helping keep our front of house look ultra-professional and move our business forward.

What were the main factors that led to your choosing PowWowNow?

As a medium sized business we have been long time users and advocates of Powwownow’s Conference Calling service. We used it because of its accessibility, ease of use and exceptional quality – quite simply it never let us down, and therefore exploring their offering was a no brainer. After thorough research and exploration of the market options, we very quickly found Powwownow’s hosted voice solution to be the best solution for us and – in our opinion – available on the market currently.

How would you qualify PowWowNow’s quality of service? What did you appreciate the most in the PowWowNow service from purchasing process through to implementation and use of the system?

This is probably where Powwownow have delighted us the most. I can honestly say that the experience with their team in helping get the solution setup has been exemplary. Having a dedicated account manager and technical support from start to finish has meant we have had someone whom we have been on first name terms with knowing exactly where we were up to in the process. Every query was responded to almost immediately and no question has ever been too much. The advice has been personal, expert and professional, going way above what we know we would have gotten with one of the so called market leaders. Within a week of having everything installed, we had a trainer on site in both our offices to show us the full scale of what we could do with the system and now, one month in to using the system, we could not be happier. If a PBX solution is in the thinking of your business (and it should be) then honestly, the only place you should be turning to is Powwownow – they have been faultless, and we are delighted.
