Highlighting the difference between the go-getters and those that do everything in their power to slow things down, put up red tape and are generally just a bit old school in their approach to business.
I don’t think we need to tell you that we are avid supporters of flexible working and modern day business practice – you don’t need to be constrained to a desk, or even work the old 9am-5pm anymore, we live in a 24/7 world and we like it. And this is what we are trying to portray in our latest media campaign.
If you are one of life’s can-do people and people that say ‘no’ or ‘I can’t’, get on your nerves, then join our club! Get the tools and practices in place to get the job done right and now!

To tie in with this media campaign, we conducted a survey to see whether we were in fact a nation of cant’s! And the survey results proved interesting. It revealed that in most cases we are in fact a nation of cant’s on the whole.
Over half of 2,000 people surveyed can’t change a car tyre, and 67% can’t speak a foreign language. We know we are British and in general we are a cynical bunch who loves a good moan; maybe that is what holds us back and hinders that can do attitude. But with the UK now leading Western Europe in flexible working it seems like things might finally be changing.
Over the next few months we will be discovering and sharing with you who the most common cant’s are in your office… what are their names, what departments do they work in, how old are they and what is their most common characteristic! And we’ll share our tips on how to avoid them!
