For 16 years, PowWowNow has been known for delivering simple, reliable communication tools, underpinned by our friendly customer service. Even though the world around us is changing, we wanted to reassure you that our priorities and standards haven’t.
In short, PowWowNow continue to provide reliable, easy-to-use audio conference calling, online web meetings and webinars for our customers and partners. Our Customer Service team continue to be available at the end of the phone, chat or email, providing first-class support to queries and helping customers to achieve the best quality meetings possible.
To ensure that we keep up with the changing working landscape and needs of our customers, we have provisioned additional capacity to support increased meeting activity. This investment will continue to be upheld for as long as necessary.
To help our customers hold more engaging meetings during this time, we have increased the length of our video conferencing free trial from 14 to 60 days. This gives free access to features such as webcam and web audio. This has been automatically applied to all existing frequent users and all NHS accounts.
It’s only right that as a business and as champions of flexible working for years we maintain a healthy work-life balance amongst our employees. That’s why before the current situation, many of us already regularly worked from home. Currently, all our staff are working from home and until the government advises otherwise this will not change. However, as it’s a way of working that we’re already used to, this has had no impact on the standards that we achieve and we’re all working hard to keep providing the high-quality service that you’re used to.
On a more personal note, while we miss the real-life chatter and banter of the office, we are regularly catching up over video calls and doing our utmost to support one another. From virtual breakfasts to online quizzes and book clubs, we’re trying our hardest to work together to keep everyone motivated and engaged during this unusual time.
At PowWowNow we understand that although we provide a simple service, it’s one that’s critical to keeping communication flowing and maintaining an effective business. With even more people now working remotely this has never been more important. It’s therefore our priority that during these challenging times our customers continue to benefit from the reliable, easy-to-use technology that we’ve provided for years.
